the location was fantastic near the central station and dam square. our premium king room street view offered a great vantage point. i appreciated the complimentary use of bikes which promoted eco-friendly exploration of the area.

i noticed some minor wear on the walls in the room.

my essential king room were very clean. the bed were sealy made especially for the hotel, i slept very well. the trams to museums and markets is right outside the hotel.

i noticed roadwork's outside the hotel, that might affect access at some stage.

i enjoyed several aspects. the underground parking nearby made visiting by car convenient, as i felt assured about the car's safety and accessibility. also, the breakfast offered high quality food , and the atmosphere during the afternoon happy hour was good. many staff members remembered me from a previous stay , which contributed to a very cute experience.

the room's cleanliness was not consistent , with glasses and crockery left outside for over a day. the housekeeping also was late to clean our room one day , and staff stated arriving customers had priority.
